No judgement. Kind, helpful, calm and supportive

I think covid has been hard for everyone. Once secure finances suddenly crumble in a very uncertain world. Step change are a constant in this. A friend in a really harrowing storm. I found them judgement free, calm informative and above all kind. I felt ashamed and they were supportive and reassuring while coaching me through a terrible time. They reminded me I didn’t have to do it alone and gave me peace when All I felt was anxiety. I can’t recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 25th July 2021

Life saving

It took courage to realise I had got into too much debit so deep breath I phoned Step Change they listened were empathic non judgemental and changed my life by helping me to sort everything out effortlessly by drawing up a payment plan and contacted all my debtors for me. Life saving!!

Exceptional understanding and support at a very difficult time. Very private and reassuring and took away alot of worry and pressure from my everyday life. Step change saved my life

The only thing I can say is Step change saved my life !! I was suicidal about being in debt ! With their support and advice and debt management plan I have paid off a 3rd of my debt , still a way to go but now going in the Right direction! There free service is a life saver!
