No hassle no judgment help

Step change help us sort ourselves out without any fuss or judgement. They explained all the details and options and helped us follow through our plan. Also explained how to desk with the creditors. Fantastic service showing us "light at the end of the tunnel ". Reviewed on: 9th June 2021

First class service from day one

From the day I contacted StepChange I have had nothing but a first class service. Following the sudden death of my husband and then finding out about all the debt I didnt know where to turn. The charity helped me a lot by consolidating my debt...

The charity helped me a lot by consolidating my debt and helping me to decide how long to pay off my debts. Also they contact all my creditors to say I’m on a plan with them and it stopped all the letters coming though the door what is very good. So you can spend time to get your self together and don’t have to worry about anything. You get a monthly statement to see how much you paid off. Reviewed on: 27th May 2026
