Really helpful

Step Change have been absolutely brilliant. I got into a financial mess and was told about Step Change from my bank. I contacted them and everything was sorted really quickly. They took the stress away

I can’t tell you how much Step Change have helped me. I faced a significant amount of personal debt, I had backed myself into a corner financially. Finally, after being diagnosed with depression and getting help I was able to face the financial situation I was in. Once I got in contact with Step Change they helped me get on top of my situation. They treated me with dignity and respect and were never judgmental, they contacted all my debtors and based on my financial situation set out what payments I could afford. Peace of mind

I contacted Stepchange by email and I am so glad I did. They were very helpful and explained my options to me. I decided on a debt repayment plan. Now each month Stepchange takes one payment to cover the debt repayment plan so I do not need to worry about my debts being paid. They have given me total peace of mind.
