How To Pay Off Your Creditors Without Complications

Stepchange came to the fore when it comes to being in debt They made agreements with creditors for you to not pay interest on your debt and gave you the ability to pay off your debt in a manageable and efficient way. Reviewed on: 24th July 2021

My first call to Debt Change was My best decision.

The first phone call actually changed my life! My worries were lifted & I actually got some sleep. The person on the phone was so reassuring & helped set up a dmp which is still working. empathy like no other

i talked to a few organisations about my difficulties which occurred due to some life changing events. Most were unhelpful at best but Stepchange were in the beginning amazing and have continued to be so if not better. The empathy, understanding and patience shown by their employees is just brilliant. Reassuring and non judgmental

At a time when I didn't know what to do or where to go Step Change were recommended to me by a creditor. I remember being so scared when making that initial call but everyone I dealt with was so supportive and positive I finally believed there was a way out of my debt. Life changing

Gone are the days of sleepless nights and constant worrying due to our debt issues. StepChange provided help and advise on ways we could finally manage our debt, helping us to get back on track financially as well as paying a manageable amount towards our debt.
