It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. My STEP Chance to recovery.

Dear friends. You could not have described my situation more precise than you have. " From overwhelmed,to on top of it ". Since Stepchange, debt, charity, Came to my rescue,i went from regular missing payments,to been up-to-date, with ALL monthly commitments. I went from losing respect from my closest to regular phone calls to see how I'm getting on. But most importantly , you have helped me to understand that you can make ends meet with very little if you have to. Your help gave me that chance. From the start of my debt journey the representatives of stepchange have been superb. Knowledgeble, professional and empathetic. The online budgeting tool is brilliant and has helped to bring our debt down by paying Stepchange a monthly amount subsequent to which Stepchange organise payments with debtors. Amazing results

Amazing service was so much in debt but Step Change were unbelieveable not judgemental patronising or in anyway negative. After a few weeks the calls stopped letters stopped. A light at the end of the tunnel

When I first contacted Stepchange I was extremely worried about the credit card debt I owed, and I had been recently bereaved. The information I was given enabled me to choose the best way of recovering from a bleak situation.
