Saved me

Step change fantastic service!

I got into debt due to credit cards and catalogues. After splitting with my then partner,I was scared to use the service but had no choice and they were extremely helpful and encouraging. Excellent help when I needed it the most.

I had a loss of income due to covid, a little while latter my wife passed away with cancer on August 18th 2020, with added expense this gave me a lot of worry , I was passed on to Step Change and in their caring way gradually helped me get my life back. Excellent Customer Service

After my business folded and left me in debt I didn't know what to do. Sleepless Nights and stress was terrible, someone told me about Step Change and gave me there number. I felt so embarrassed about my situation but the advisor I spoke to soon put my mind to rest, I have a plan in place and they have always helped me when I have needed help.
