Since getting in touch with stepchange they have sorted out my debts and sorted out an amount that I can afford to pay, have sorted everything with my debtors and keep me informed of everything, without their help I don't know what I would have done Reviewed on: 7th July 2023

I was struggling for months after I had my baby with loads of debts, I’m so happy that my health visitor passed this company onto me, there hands down the most understanding people every time I ring a different person and they always have the most amazing people skills, i’m never made to feel like I’m stupid for asking a question. I'd accumulated so much debt, (twice my annual incomings) and was only able to pay interest with no chance of ever paying back my debts. Stepchange couldn't have been more helpful, they explained each of my options and explained how each might effect my credit score (and how I could protect my chances of employment in a financial industry).
