I’ve been using suits me Bank for over almost two years now , my experience has been positive. I opened a savings account and also use their mobile banking app regularly. What I really like is how easy and intuitive the app is – transferring money, checking balances, and paying bills is smooth and fast. The bank also has a decent rewards program on their credit card. On the downside, I did have one issue with a delayed with getting my new card ,but customer service responded quickly and resolved it within a day. The staff respectful, polite and patient responding my email are although wait times can be long during weekends. Overall, I’d recommend Suits menBank to anyone looking for reliable online banking and decent customer support. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025
