Was moved over from an engage account, was then charged the monthly fee 3 times in one month, customer services refused to help and assured me a complaint would be lodged. Opening a Suits Me account was very easy and straightforward. The app is user-friendly and I like how I can manage my money easily. The debit card arrived quickly,I got my debit card in less than 3 days, and setting up direct deposits was simple. Customer service has also been responsive whenever I needed help.
