They are normally quick and efficient in resolving issues via phone line, takes quite a bit longer via email understandably. Ever evolving and keep us in the loop about any updates or new features. Only wish it was easier to top up the card via cash. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Suits Ms has an excellent customer service when I contact them. I liked how their instructions were clear to follow when I changed my card and account. One thing I am not a fan of though is the 1£ fee for each transfer I make to my friends when we go in a group to dine out and each has to pay someone for their food...
