Queries are attended and solved on time.

I have had an issue in the past where funds had been deducted from my account but when I notified the bank ,they were quick to assist, and to solve the issue.within 24 hrs I had gotten my funds back and my bank card changed. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Better security as less is more !

I find your product very good as the less personal details that are on an external database, the better. Too many breaches, attacks etc and it's only going to get worse. To sacrifice Credit to gain more security through LESS data is a very good method to pursue ! Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Superb service, responsive, efficient & I always feel valued as a customer! 10/10 When I moved from Starling I was worried about the online service but if anything it’s better. The App has a great lay out, easy to navigate & information is quickly & intuitively accessible.
