Did not receive my card until over a month after my engage account was closed meaning I had no access to my account unless I transferred money to another account which cost me money each time I did so! I emailed a number of times and did not receive reply’s for days! Was also I alone to call and speak to anyone about this as the line just kept going to automated which would cost me money! I have been trying to top up my account at the post office which didn't work and the post office staff hadn't been able to tell me why it won't work at the post office, I mean the post office staff should be aware of that the suits me is not available from the post office, thanks.
