Costs too much. I’d stick with regular or more established banks like Metro, sterling, Monzo. I do t feel like the product offers anything of value. For example, I get more from these other banks than I do with this account for one fee per month. Would not recommend Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Rubbish service and high charges

charges are high for a card that never worked. Paying monthly and cant access the APP. 3 hour waiting for a response from Customer Service. Whole this is a scam Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Ive been using Suits Me for a few years now, and genuinely the customer service I’ve reviewed from them is better than i recieved from my previous one (not mentioning any names but its red) the only issue ive had with the account is that there is a charge to withdraw money from ATMs, however i dont do this very often so its only a small issue, perfect account for those that need day to day spending capability Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
