My bank statement tell me exactly what has came out and an area for example it just doesn't say McDonald's it tells me the area I've used my card in. When I have had to contact customer service for support they have sent a transcript of the conversation, my issue couldn't be sorted right away but I was giving a time frame it would be sorted by.
