Good bank , but customer service needs improving

I have suits me bank for few years never had issue soon as suits me migrated from january , my account was closed by suits me customer service, after i been seeking help from them for a momth each agent told me something else they were not professional they didnt help me with my case for 2 months i was in stress and worries as i had suits me for many years and i never done anything bad all i had suits me bank for to receive money and buy food etc, after 2 months tomazs manager emailed me and reopened my account as they closed it by error accident, but if i didnt fight for my rights for 2 months and emailing them daily i dont think my account would be reopened, for 2 months i been calling and emailing them , they totally avoided me and didnt give me correct information and each of them said something else, but glad its sorted now and i can use it again , i hope this wont happene again , othervise suits me bank is good bank dont let customer service put you off , because my money has always been safe with suits me , fast transfers, never had issue with paying for stuff.
