The charges on every transaction is very unreasonable and too much to bear. I have been charged most times on transactions that never gone through. And the customer service are so poor that customers can not get through to then for urgent matters. Reviewed on: 1st February 2025

The convenience of fast payments to my account, being able to cash out money at every corner and their easy to use app with quick links to all their cashback partners is astounding, i didn't realise the difference in banks before switching from my old one but its like night and day in comparison.
