Multi lingual customer care, very responsive and take the time to really help and ensure the customer understands. Had an account for 3 years. Take the time to educate customers too teach about direct debits for example and how to save money using cashback or suits me discounts. Have a great referral scheme too. I have been a customer of Suits Me for almost two years now and ive never had any issues at all. I have had calls from their friendly customer support team to check in that everything is ok with my account and to tell me about any offers they have that will benefit me - even to tell me i could save money with one of their other accounts which is refreshing. My suits me story.

I decided to apply with suits me after I struggled with overdraft debt and was unable to open a high street bank account. This really affected my life in many ways but suits me changed my life for the better. Suits me got me out of a really dark place in my life and allowed me to gain the freedom I deserved and needed in my life. It allowed me to start working again & receive any money into my account. If I have ever had any problems / enquires with my Suits me account I have emailed them and had a pretty fast response. If I have phoned them for assistance they have answered me near enough straight away and they have always been there to help if I needed them. They have been fabulous and I wouldn’t go / use anyone else. There are so many benefits to suits me for example: cash back, amazing discounts, 24/7 help if needed and the team are such a friendly and helpful bunch. Reviewed on: 6th February 2024
