Multi lingual customer care, very responsive and take the time to really help and ensure the customer understands. Had an account for 3 years. Take the time to educate customers too teach about direct debits for example and how to save money using cashback or suits me discounts. Have a great referral scheme too. Very Happy Customer!

I have been a customer of Suits Me for almost two years now and ive never had any issues at all. I have had calls from their friendly customer support team to check in that everything is ok with my account and to tell me about any offers they have that will benefit me - even to tell me i could save money with one of their other accounts which is refreshing.
