I think suits me are very good and very helpful always ready to awnser the phone never waiting to long and always happy to help you. I am a premium account holder and I can't fault them. I have had various problems with main stream banks over the years, one of which me being the victim of a fraud scheme, saw me treated as the perpetrator leading to a damage on my credit. After trying various banks both high street and online, I was finally pointed to suits me and both before and after their service switch have been nothing but Helpful, committed and clear in their service to bring easier and more accessible financial power to the masses.
