Don’t give up when youve got an expert to help you.

We wanted to take out public liability insurance but the holiday company from whom we were hiring bicycles gave us the wrong information about the bikes which made them uninsurable. Tayla with considerable charm, helped us through the process of getting the information we needed so eventually we were able to get the policy we wanted at a very good price. Exactly what I was looking for

I had just bought a brand new bike and googled bike insurance, Sundays wad a top search and they had fantastic options when it comes to breaking down almost like car cover in a way alongside theft and damage too of course Reviewed on: 2nd September 2024

Excellent customer service

Was unsure if I would be covered as locks are 14 yrs old so receipts as proof of purchase are non existent . Sent an email and got a reply in less than 3 business hours confirming picture of lock and keys would be suitable and sufficient . Fantastic service . Website intuitive and the UI for getting a quote works well too. I’m still waiting for a competitor to respond 3 days later … no YJ for them.
