A TOTAL JOKE! I had my bike insured for two years payment top premium insurance cover which amounted to more than £250. When my bike was stolen, they pay zero! Don't believe how friendly and helpful they may be when trying to get you to sign to their insurance policy. They are nice and friendly enough then. But the moment you present a claim, they turn around to be as any other insurance company, and all they do is finding ways to avoid paying you. Reviewed on: 19th April 2024

Really comprehensive cycle insurance, for a small amount each month. My partner made me get this in case someone took my bike off me! The bike came with 30 days free, and I just extended it.... I got plenty of reminders about this, and got rung up twice... the second time, I only heard the word "insurance" and didn't realise what it was about so they rang off! As soon as they did, I realised it was a reminder to renew and just replied to a previous email. No long forms to fill in. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 14th December 2023
