Hi I would like to make a note in regards to Sebastian customer service as he is a credit to company unfortunately I can’t afford the insurance ATM he was understanding to this I have asked for another call towards the end of this year as a may be in a better situation then current Reviewed on: 6th October 2023

Breath of fresh air!

My home insurance was up for renewal and I wanted to add my new bike on. They wanted me to jump through hoops and the cost was extortionate. Then I discovered Sundays insurance. A breath of fresh air! Everything was kept simple, the cover was much better, and the price was even better. Reviewed on: 5th October 2023

Great support and easy to set up

having had a few difficulties negotiating the website following my competitively priced quote, the chat line support gentleman took over and got me all set up with my insurance. The insurance cover is exactly what I want, the support gentleman was polite and helpful and reassuring confirmation email speedy. I recently brought an e bike through my works cycle to work scheme. I knew it’ll be wise to insure it as bike crime is everywhere. I was dreading the whole search. When I found Sundays I reached out to them and they made it felt like they done all the work for me. Very helpful, quick at replying and excellent customer service.
