I used Sundays Insurance to claim for the loss of a running race entry fee, where I couldn't make the race due to an injury This insurance was free to me, via the Strava Perks membership I'd not heard of or used Sundays Insurance previously, so was unsure what to expect The quote process was super easy to get started, just confirmation of date of race, amount of claim & who I was The case handler was back in touch the same day, was really friendly & helpfully outlined what was needed next - confirmation of my entry fee & medical confirmation of the injury (in my case a simple email from my physio) The claim was processed the next day after I'd provided those details, again with a really clear email from my case handler Deon Will definitely be looking at insuring my bikes with them once my existing insurance expires Reviewed on: 7th September 2023

Insurance isn't the first thing that comes to mind when you think about what you would like to do next, but getting my policy finalised over the phone with Sunday's was actually a very positive, even enjoyable experience as they were efficient, nice and actually funny.
