I have put my money into a Tembo cash ISA’s two years running and I find the rate of interest good. I enjoy receiving newsletters from Tembo as I find them informative and the app is simple and easy to use on my phone. I put neutral for the question about customer service as I believe customer service is when you are able to discuss with a person so the question is probably irrelevant. I have not experienced any problems. Please don’t change anything too drastically! Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
