When i was looking for a new ISA provider I looked around at a lot of banks and different financial institutes for a safe place for my money and settled on Tembo I asked each of the banks and others some questions Tembo was the only one that replied on the same day the most vital question was could I access my money it the event of a cash emergency the answer Yes and with no loss of interest and give me plenty of other options as well so i was happy to let them look after my very hard earned cash Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
