About this product

You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

Undeniably the best LISA provider to save the most!

I was looking for the Lisa with the best interest and therefore what could help me save the most and it was tembo, by far. No hidden interest rate decreases. Just a proper savings account made to do just that. They also have a fantastic app, which is really navigable. And the draw of some mortgage advice from award winning mortgage providers was the cherry on the icing! Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

Great app interface, product and customer service.

Tembo provides a brilliant service. Information about accounts is easily accessible and useful. Communication via the email newsletter is well thought through and informative. Customer service is personal and efficient, by far the best of any online banking service I have had experience of. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

The best ISA provider I have used

I love tembo :) Their app is extremely easy to use, customer support is excellent, and (possibly most importantly) their interest rates are the best i’ve found! Some people I have recommended are slightly skeptical of using a less well known provider, but I have assured them their money is safe and they haven’t looked back since :) Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

Values current customers as much as new ones

I've not had the chance to use my LISA yet or consult with Tembo's mortgage advice service but I like that they value current customers (and not just new ones) by providing good interest rates on cash. The app can feel a bit clunky at times but is fit for purpose and otherwise very intuitive. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026

It was easy setting up a Lifetime ISA, they had the best rates available (at the time). I haven't started the buying process yet but I can tell that their extra services and support options will make the process easier when it's time. They also have extra bonuses and deals which will reduce my own costs. I haven't needed to use customer service as so far everything has worked as needed and the app is very easy to use. Before I started saving into Lisa, I did a thorough research of available providers and found Tembo. Tembo offered one of the best rates and I have found my experience with them to be great. Tembo app is easy to navigate, I get regular updates about changes to policy and how that impact my savings, and the app offers resources that educate and inform. In addition, I am notified regularly when Tembo receives my savings and also when interest is applied on my savings. I have peace of mind and found them to be an efficient provider genuinely interested in how their customer recieve value for their savings. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
