You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

Highly recommend Tembo!

My experience with Tembo LISA has been extremely smooth. I transferred the money in with no hassle and their interest rates are competitive. Beginner

I have yet to get a mortgage via tembo so I can't comment on that yet, but the ability to pause direct debits and seeing the projections on when you can reach your goal is really great. I can do that but so much easier to see it in the app. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026
