You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

Clunky because it’s new.

Clunky because it’s new. But right idea. Good at responding, but not good on following up on second messages. Tools are useless, if you save a regular amount monthly it’s accurate but if you put your yearly allowance in on one go it says it will take you 99+ years to buy a house. On the occasions ive spoken to customer services theyve been really friendly and approachable, helpful and knowledgable. the app is well designed and easy to use, and very happy with the rates :) I like the little features that help you budget better and its always fun to check in on there and see how I'm doing. Good for Some, Below Avg For Others

If you open an account with a good deposit straight away the rates compensate for the fees, however if you do smaller deposits since the beginning, Tembo might not be the best option. Reviewed on: 18th March 2024
