About this product

You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

LISA and customer service

at first i struggled with my LISA as it was showing i had deposited the full amount for the year even though it bounced back. this was frustrating as i was waiting to receive my £1000 government bonus, I contacted the customer service team and their IT team resolved it for me and kept me up to date with the whole process. Its helpful to be able to talk to real staff when needed and not a chatbot. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

I’ve found that Tembo has the best out of most, if not all, LISA providers meaning I get more out of my money. Their customer service are also very helpful and answer any questions very quickly.
