You can open a Tembo cash lifetime ISA or a stocks and shares lifetime ISA by downloading the app and depositing a minimum of £1.

Tembo doesn’t charge monthly subscription fees for the lifetime ISAs, but there is an annual platform fee for the stocks and shares lifetime ISA.

I’ve only had a good experience with Tembo, whenever I had questions in the past their customer service representatives were really helpful and explained everything in detail. Tembo has very competitive interest rates which has kept me a loyal customer over the last few years. The app is very easy to use and puts my money into a better perspective. My interest is payed monthly which is beneficial for my finances. Reviewed on: 5th March 2026

Straightforward to use with best interest rates

There was a bit of difficulty when setting up my LISA, with verifying my details and getting it linked with the account I wanted to pay from, however Tembo customer service were super quick, supportive and helpful. Since then I’ve had no issues with my accounts, the app is so easy to use, regular payments plus top ups are simple to manage and Tembo definitely has the best ISA interest rates on the market at the moment Reviewed on: 5th March 2026
