Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Paul and Jess were amazing from start to finish.

Paul and Jess were amazing from start to finish. They kept us up to date about all the goings on, relieving a lot of the stress of the process. I left re-mortgaging to the last minute....

I left re-mortgaging to the last minute when my 5-year fixed rate was about to expire and thought it would be a nightmare to sort out. But Kurt and Callum sorted it all out in the space of a couple of phone calls and emails. I couldn't believe how quick and easy they made the process especially as they did it all over the weekend.
