Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Well deserved 5 star!

I reached out to Tembo because of the excellent reviews. I'm pleased to say that it lived up to the expectation. In a span of around 3 months, i got 2 mortgages approved. World-class experience!

I had a stellar and super smooth/quick experience with first Paul and then Jess. Paul was fantastic taking the time to walk me through the process (which was unkown to me as a First-time buyer), and explain all the options available to me and associated pros and cons. Communication was very clear and response on phone or email super fast. Once I have decided of the mortgage I wanted to go for, Jess stepped in and supervised my mortgage application. Here again Jess was absolutely fantastic, being very friendly yet professional, resolving any problem in a very short amount of time and keeping me posted of any progress at each step of the journey. Efficient process from start to finish

I went to Tembo to get help with finding a mortgage and then with the associated protection cover. The process was quick with lots of help provided. Becky and Andy found me the best deals on the market with a high level of expertise provided. Have recommended Tembo to friends looking for a mortgage and would use them again myself.
