Enjoyable experience

From my very first contact with Tembo it was very different from other brokers. They called me back when they said they would, explained what the call would entail, were clear in their communication and I felt like I was part of the process. Excellent customer service

Paul Herbert and Jessica Eley managed my case and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service they provided me with. They made what was quite an anxious time all the more easier since they were with me every step of the way. Communication was excellent, I was updated every step of the way and they were both lovely people to deal with. They helped me get my offer even when I was starting to lose hope.
