Great deals and unbeatable customer service

I have used Tembo to apply for two mortgages. On each occasion they have been incredibly efficient. they found me really good deals which suited my [varying] needs. I have never experienced such good communications. Even when the person dealing with my case was out of the office, a colleague responded to my emails and explained the situation. Superb fast service

Started the mortgage process and within a week had a mortgage offer. My holiday and Christmas halted things a little but still completed mid January. Without those two elements it would have completed in three weeks! Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Tembo managed to make a seemingly scary process informative, engaging, and seamless. My expectations were managed from the get-go meaning there were no surprises, and even when issues did crop up Tembo were well prepared to alleviate them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
