Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Tembo money - The best!

As first time buyers, Glen and Callum made the daunting prospect of this milestone in our lives so much easier. They were happy to answer questions and were incredibly thorough. No question was too silly and Glen had an incredible way of answering questions which provided all the information that we needed without confusing us. Tembo couldn't have made the process of our mortgage application any easier. Starting with our broker Ayron and then followed up with our case manager Poppy, they removed all stress of the process with us having to do very little. I couldn't recommend them higher. Reviewed on: 26th January 2026
