Hassle free and super easy to use

Our mortgage was up for renewal and they helped us secure a new rate we were really happy with. The advisors were always friendly, knowledgeable and broke everything down in a way that was easy to understand. A really Fantastic service from Elly and Luke at Tembo. We were worried as we don't have a straight forward application, but Luke was professional, knowledgeable, patient and got us there! Fast completion for buying a repossessed property

Firstly I would like to thank the team for their continued support and efforts. The team were awesome special shout out to Paul, Billy and jodie. I was buying a repossession property and time was of the essence as it had to be completed in 28 days. From offer acceptance to mortgage approval was fast and jodie was constantly keeping me updated with the progress. Once again thanks to the team for making a stressful time less worrying. I had an extremely seamless and positive experience with Tembo. They were so efficient as well as being informative and kind for a first time buyer where everything is a new process.
