As a first-time buyer, I expected a complicated and stressful process, but Ashley and Tia from Tembo completely changed that. We had a great experience with Tembo as our mortgage broker. Our advisors Tia and Ruth were very knowledgably and clearly explained all our options to us. They responded to any queries quickly which meant the whole process went smoothly. The team were friendly, professional and easy to deal with throughout. We also really appreciated that their mortgage service is free for NHS workers! We’d happily recommend Tembo to anyone looking for reliable mortgage advice and a great service. Really grateful working with Ashley and Tia, they were great in dealing with our queries and super responsive. As first time buyers, we needed quite a bit of hand holding and basic things needing explaining, they were really patient and explained things really well! We had an excellent experience working with Callum and Kane from Tembo. As first-time buyers, the whole mortgage process felt pretty overwhelming at first, but they made everything so much clearer and easier to navigate. They were always contactable, incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain every step in a way we could actually understand. Had an amazing experience with Manny and Abby from Tembo. They made the whole mortgage application experience easy. They worked day and night to help secure my mortgage including submitting my mortgage application at 10pm at night in order to beat the interest rate hike the next day.
