Amazing from start to finish!

Amazing from start to finish! Incredible customer service from the mortgage broker, Beth. She was always on hand to help and respond. Extremely knowledgeable and on-the-ball when the rates were about to rise, able to email and call late to promptly respond and secure the best rates. Super friendly and helpful, I can’t rate her high enough!! On top of this Tembo offering this service for free for saving with them and the offer to increase savings by an extra 1%, it’s a no brainer for mortgages. I will be recommending this to all of my friends & family. I am looking forward to continuing to get help from Tembo about surveys, conveyances/solicitors, etc. And when they reach out towards the end of my fixed term to revisit best rates. Special mention to Lorna and Emma, they have been brilliant, As a first time buyer, I thought it would be stressful, but they were really friendly and made everything simple and easy to understand. Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service from initial call to mortgage offer. Charlotte kept me informed throughout the whole process even during the current market with regular interest rate changes. She was prompt in replying to any queries and made the process as easy and stress free as possible. Upon submission of the application, Tia kept me updated which removed the need for me to chase. The fee was very reasonable for the service provided and is payable upon mortgage offer, having said this there was no pressure to make a quick decision. I would definitely recommend.
