We had an excellent experience working with Callum and Kane from Tembo. As first-time buyers, the whole mortgage process felt pretty overwhelming at first, but they made everything so much clearer and easier to navigate. They were always contactable, incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain every step in a way we could actually understand. Thanks to their hard work and support, we were able to secure a mortgage offer without unnecessary stress. Had an amazing experience with Manny and Abby from Tembo. They made the whole mortgage application experience easy. They worked day and night to help secure my mortgage including submitting my mortgage application at 10pm at night in order to beat the interest rate hike the next day. Amazing from start to finish!

Amazing from start to finish! Incredible customer service from the mortgage broker, Beth. She was always on hand to help and respond. Extremely knowledgeable and on-the-ball when the rates were about to rise, able to email and call late to promptly respond and secure the best rates. Super friendly and helpful, I can’t rate her high enough!! On top of this Tembo offering this service for free for saving with them and the offer to increase savings by an extra 1%, it’s a no brainer for mortgages. I will be recommending this to all of my friends & family. I am looking forward to continuing to get help from Tembo about surveys, conveyances/solicitors, etc. And when they reach out towards the end of my fixed term to revisit best rates. I’ve had a super experience with tembo, I couldn’t fault them at all! Special mention to Lorna and Emma, they have been brilliant, As a first time buyer, I thought it would be stressful, but they were really friendly and made everything simple and easy to understand.
