Our experience with Tembo money has been easy and straightforward. The level of service me and my wife received was excellent. From the moment we got in touch with Tembo money everyone one was friendly and helpful in the process of applying for a mortgage. Never thought it was possible with our circumstances not being straightforward/ normal BUT with the help of the Tembo money team It was made possible me and my wife are in the process of buying our new build home . Tembo money helped us every step of the way…. even down to the life insurance policy’s we had to see if we were getting the best out of existing insurance coverage. When our mortgage offer was nearing end date Tembo money got in touch to get our mortgage offer extended due to our new build home not being ready. The process was easy and straightforward with the information they requested and we got the extension. Thankyou Tembo money for making our dream happen never thought it was possible. Our mortgage broker, Saul, was extremely helpful. My partner and I are first-time buyers, so we had a lot of questions and some needed quick responses. Saul was always fast to respond and insightful. The resources, like being able to generate a report on a viewed property to pool data on the property that would otherwise be an inconvenience to find, were very helpful too.
