Very helpful, responsive, and quick throughout the whole process. They took the time to understand our situation and managed to find a mortgage option that worked for us when our choices were limited. The whole process with Tembo was seamless and stress free. My advisers Henry and Any were outstanding. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and expert in finding the correct product for me. We were looking to borrow some addiitonal money against our mortgage and had no idea really what our options were for that. Paul from Tembo was very helpful in talking us through the options and advising on the pros and cons. We ended up with a great solution through our existing provider. Everything is explained clearly without loads of confusing jargon, which we really appreciated.
