We had a fantastic experience working with our mortgage broker Beth and our case manager, Callum. They were both incredibly helpful and professional. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept us updated every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Beth did a great job explaining our options clearly and helping us find the right mortgage, and Callum was on the ball with our mortgage application. Excellent Mortgage Support

From the moment we picked up the phone we felt supported and cared for. Beth was fantastic and Callum was brilliant, they were at the end of the phone whenever we called and were quick to get us through the process with ease. Painless process for FTBs!

I was able to access Tembo’s mortgage broker services free of charge as I am an LISA customer. Fae was our mortgage advisor and was amazing. We’re first time buyers so naturally had a lot of questions and wasn’t really sure what exactly was going to happen. Fae was really great at guiding us through and always super responsive.
