Wonderful Experience with Chelsea & Claudia at Tembo

I cannot speak highly enough of Chelsea and Claudia at Tembo. They handled my case with such a lovely and friendly manner, were quick and attentive, and answered every question I had with clarity. I didn't have to worry about a thing, they took excellent care of everything. Thanks to their exceptional service, I was able to achieve my dream of getting my first home. Amazing service from Callum! 10/10

The house buying process was absolutely brutal through 2 different properties and 2 different solicitors and a 10 month process, but Tembo were absolutely incredible throughout. Callum was a literal angel and if every part of the house buying process worked in the way Tembo works then it would be a much better system! Callum could not have been any better- no question was ever too much, and his responses were always so quick, accurate, and he was so spot on with sorting everything and managed to get me the best deal possible. As someone who doesn’t like phone calls and finds this kind of thing overwhelming, the friendly, chatty vibe was perfect for me as it removed any additional pressure and the speed of emailing honestly felt like you were texting a mate! On some very stressful occasions Callum always managed to make me laugh AND help in any way he could (the stressful occasions were never due to Tembo yet Callum was always happy to assist) 10/10 service no notes to make it any better. Would always recommend Tembo to any family or friends should they need this service. Definitely worth the money 10000x over. the whole process was fab from the first man I spoke to on the phone to set it up (sorry I can’t remember his name!), to then Rhys, to Callum. Absolutely fantastic

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I am so glad I had Tembo’s help sorting my mortgage. Claudia and Chelsea were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! I definitely wasn’t a straight forward customer as I had limited options and after putting in hard work for me I had to change the properties I was looking at. But did they complain? Not once. Chelsea and Claudia did their utmost every time to find me the best product that suited my needs and to work quickly and effectively. Anytime I needed something, had a question/didn’t understand something, they were happy to help. I was met with friendly, caring demeanour and incredible professionalism.
