Kerry and Ellie were so friendly and professional throughout, our purchase was not without complications but their support throughout one failed purchase and then a successful one was much appreciated. Rhys and Callum Were Excellent

I was supported through my mortgage application by Rhys Barrington and Callum Doherty. They were both a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable. We completed on our house in just 9 weeks thanks to their help. They were understanding of our unique circumstances and helped process the extra paperwork required. Their approach to our request and situation was very professional, helpful and supportive right through to the completion of our requirements. They kept us updated at all times, and advised immediately if there were better options, always available at the end of a phone. Easy way for interest only retirement mortgage

All done online. Different experience. Keeps down costs. Was kept informed every step of way. Had one issue with Experian account was locked which held things up. Not Tembos fault. We dealt with Callum Doherty who was great Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Callum Doherty absolute credit

Callum Doherty was very helpful. He took on more than his job role as I am a new first time mum, Callum offered call backs, used estimates and gathered team mates around to help complete our remortgaging.
