Excellent Advice

We were seeking an interest only repayment mortgage but our age was proving to be a serious obstacle. We contacted Tembo and spoke to Luke Bustin and Ellie Bradshaw who from the outset were confident and reassuring. Throughout the process they were patient, supportive and in spite of setbacks always retained a positive attitude. Everything went smoothly using Tembo as my mortgage broker. I had Helena and Jodie. It was quite a quick process and I had my mortgage offer just over 3 weeks after the application was made. Tembo seem to have access to a good range of mortgage lenders. I previously tried to go with an independent, more local broker but found they didn’t have access to as many lenders. Tembo is more expensive than other brokers, but I felt that it was worth it to have a hassle free experience. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Brilliant service

Katelyn was very personable and put me totally at ease as a first time buyer. She even reached out to my solicitor when we had issues regarding their service. FLAWLESS!

FLAWLESS! From first enquiry to completion. The team at Tembo were unbelievable in their communication and approach. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Tembo and it’s safe to say they have a customer for life. I’ve dealt with a range of advisors (Ruth, Matt, Rob, Paul and Hayley) who are each as knowledgable as the next. And my Case Manager Jess has been the cherry on top. Excellent service

Jo and Callum provided an excellent service. Jo has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease about a stressful process. She’s highly efficient, responding quickly to emails. When it didn’t work out as expected with one lender, she was quick to apply to another lender. She also has excellent communication skills, providing regular updates.
