Tembo were brilliant and have kept us fully informed throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure we were walked through the entire process as FTB. Jo and Callum went out of their way to get us a better product if they felt our existing one wasn’t good enough which we really appreciated. We were seeking an interest only repayment mortgage but our age was proving to be a serious obstacle. We contacted Tembo and spoke to Luke Bustin and Ellie Bradshaw who from the outset were confident and reassuring. Throughout the process they were patient, supportive and in spite of setbacks always retained a positive attitude. Everything went smoothly using Tembo as my mortgage broker. I had Helena and Jodie. It was quite a quick process and I had my mortgage offer just over 3 weeks after the application was made. Tembo seem to have access to a good range of mortgage lenders. I previously tried to go with an independent, more local broker but found they didn’t have access to as many lenders. Tembo is more expensive than other brokers, but I felt that it was worth it to have a hassle free experience. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
