Staff are incompetent

Sent passport ,letter from nat west, water rate for 2016/17 "didn't have a date on it ?" ha ha still wanted more to confirm my identity! (Tesco card holder!!) gave up. Reviewed on: 19th November 2017

A decent account with a ok interest rate

I was looking for a better savings account and thought this sounded pretty good. It had a better interest rate then my current account at the time so I switched. I've never had a issue and can easily access my money Reviewed on: 11th December 2016

On Line Banking Experience

Use Tesco Bank for savings only as their rates are competitive and suit my requirements in the current financial environment, prefer to carry out all my business on line. Have found that it is not possible to fully manage my accounts on line, have recently resorted to written communication which is never acknowledged despite requesting so, usually have to resort to telephone contact in the end to complete my business. Telephone contact, Glasgow based, is not bad after an initial short wait and going through all the necessary security, it's just that I prefer not to have to use this method and believe that with on line banking this should not be required as per many other providers. Couldn't Operate a "Piggy Bank". AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

This bank is terrible!!!! Call themselves a bank - they cannot operate a simple direct debit, have taken 6 months so far and still have failed to sort out the mess they have created. even when you contact their CEO, Benny Higgins, all he does is pass your complaint to other incompetent staff who call themselves by high faluting names but are as incompetent as the rest of the staff. GOOD STRAIGHFORWARD PRODUCT

This is a good interest rate for an instant access account. I find it particularly useful to be able to collect money from my other accounts by direct debit.One drawback is the sign in procedure as if they dont recognise the devise they send a one time access code Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Simple set up with decent interest rate

The Internet Saver account was easy to set up and with the mobile app it's really easy to transfer money and check your balance. It also gave me double the interest rate I was getting on my ISA with Santander. Downside is there's no branches or even a bank card so everything has to be done online. I have been very pleased with my Tesco Savings Account and the interest rate is very competitive

Tesco Savings accounts are very easy to set up online an also to set up regular direct debits. My only gripe is if you clear your cookies on your computer it stops you accessing your Tesco online account. However, when I contacted Tesco they sorted this out quickly by sending me a new access link for my computer. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2015

Had to contact them a number of times to sort out my online access once the account was opened. Customer services not very good. Online system is one of the slowest sites I have used . Reviewed on: 25th August 2015
