First experience was swift, professional and easy.

I hadn't heard of the company before but was reassured by feedback and ratings that it was the one for me. In less than 24 hours it arrived. I was so surprised and impressed. Easy, professional and gets the job done swiftly. Can't ask for more than that. Reviewed on: 21st December 2019

Lack of support

I have used them before without problems. This time I got a good rate. I booked at the weekend and they the earliest date was Wednesday, three days later. The money did not arrive on the Wednesday. I tried to contact them and they did not reply. I tracked it to a Royal Mail sorting office, but could not get a reply from them. I tried to contact the currency team again and no reply. I tried to contact both the currency team and the post office the next day, no reply. Eventually my money was delivered at one o’clock the day after I had expected it. I should not have to endure stress like this ! I have still not heard from them the currency club. So the moral here is that , it takes a long time for the money to arrive and if there is a problem, there are not there to support or assist you locate it or resolve the problem. Good Rate, shame about the delivery

Ordered Euros specifying a delivery date, but somewhere along the line currency was sent to the wrong distribution centre. Had to take time off to sign for currency following day. Not impressed, suggest you use a different postal courier in the future. Reviewed on: 20th December 2019

I've been using the Currency Club now for several years and I find them very expert and reliable. The exchange rates quoted are one of the very best in the market. I really like that you can pick your delivery date and it's very admirable that they continually keep customers updated. Will be using again when I next need to purchase foreign currency.
