Extremely Disappointing Experience - Lost My Money

This was my first time ordering from The Currency Club, and it has been a complete disaster. Despite the tracking information clearly showing that my delivery was not received, I was told to wait for up to 25 days due to their terms and conditions. In the meantime, I'm left out of pocket and now forced to source currency from elsewhere. They’ve failed to deliver on both the product and customer service. I won’t be using their services again. A great reliable on line service

I always use The Currency Club to buy all my foreign currency. They are always the most competitive on rates and their service is second to none. They were also excellent when I had my currency stolen by an internal Royal Mail Worker. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and, in fact, have already. Failure to deliver Order

Be careful before ordering currency from the Currency Club as they totally depend on Royal Mail fulfilling their 'Next Day Guaranteed Delivery' promise and that, as I have found to my cost, is far from guaranteed. I would have expected The Currency Club to have reissued the Order as soon as Royal Mail indicated that they did not know what had happened to the package or where it might be, instead The Currency Club will only issue a refund after they go through the process of claiming from Royal Mail Reviewed on: 18th December 2017
