A great insurance provider

The team has always been very helpful. They dealt with our case very sensitively. Unfortunately our cat of 16 years passed this year but before his passing a number of surgeries, investigations needed to be done. It was a very stressful time for our family but they were there and helped us through the process. Most items were covered anything which wasn’t was clearly stated in our policy. We know we did everything in Rocky’s case and The Insurance Emporium helped to make that possible. I’m grateful for the great customer service and smooth process of the claims service. Beware when buying cat insurance.

Beware when buying cat insurance. The policy does not cover basic things like all other policies I have bought before. For example my cat suddenly became very ill and was put to sleep. The policy did not cover euthanasia nor even the whole cost of a consultation. I paid for a full years cover and only used 4 months, they refused to give me a pro rata refund. Terrible compared to other policies I have had before. I won't use them again and have already told others to avoid. Reviewed on: 25th September 2024
