Thorough Customer Service

Insurance Octopus are as pushy as most insurance sales companies, and on occasion, I was ready to batter the rep who kept calling me, even when I asked him not to call at certain times! However, when it came to getting me the best policy for my business, the gentleman looking after me, Aaron, was very thorough, listened to my needs, and found me an incredibly competitive policy that was perfect for me. I wanted good value, I needed certain exclusions and inclusions, and it only took 2 phone calls to find an insurer able to accommodate my business insurance needs. I would always recommend Insurance octopus to friends and business associates, because I do believe, even for those who avidly shop around for the cheapest deal, Insurance Octopus' well-trained and knowledgeable reps could be the ones to find you that deal. Business insurance
